The Cow Shed Restaurant
has a warm, relaxed feel with fabulous views out over the countryside.
Graham started cooking at the age of 12 in his family home. This made him realise that he had a passion for cooking and a desire to pursue this as a career.
After he completed his training in the North East, he decided to seek employment in establishments throughout Europe in order to widen his culinary skills and knowledge. Graham has trained under renowned chefs and worked in a number of Michelin star restaurants and 5 star hotels. He returned to the area to fulfill his ambition of opening his own restaurant serving modern Scottish Fare.
The Cow Shed team working with Graham are: Kirsty Bruce, Nick Coetzer, Paul Watts, Elgars Babris, Jamie Gibb, Rikki Pirie, Jordan Fontaine and Vanessa Leclerc.
